This is just the current 26-man postseason roster. There are even more castoffs and homegrown talent throughout the 40-man roster.
Muncy - Was on the verge of retiring completely from baseball before the Dodgers signed him to a minor league contract.
Miggy Ro - Came up through the Dodgers system before being included in the Dee Gordon trade.
Andy Pages - Homegrown
Kiké - Basically homegrown. Was pretty much a throw in piece in the Dee Gordon trade in 2014 offseason. Established himself as one of the greatest postseason performers of all time.
Will Smith - Homegrown
Tommy Edman - Acquired from the Cardinals, who basically gave up on him. They had injury concerns and surplus of position players.
Justin Dean - Career Minor Leaguer
Banda - DFA’d countless of times. Assistant pitching coach Connor McGuinness taught him a slider grip and has been a solid reliever ever since.
Kershaw - Homegrown
Sheehan - Homegrown
Dreyer - Homegrown
Casparius - Homegrown
Vesia - Basically homegrown. Acquired, along with Kyle Hurt, in exchange for Dylan Floro. Established himself as one of the better relievers over the last 5 years.
Treinen - Was non-tendered by the A’s in the 2019 offseason after a down year. Has been a staple in the Dodgers bullpen, when healthy, ever since.
Wrobleski - Homegrown
