@HomeServeUK wow what an experience. My mother in law has been left with a hole in her ceiling after the plumber has put his foot through it. She lost her husband to covid and is dealing with this alone, cried on the phone and the man said “I’ll go as you’re crying” disgusting.
Well @ViCustomerCare@VodafoneUK became rude!!! I pay nearly £100 a month for being abused in a live chat! Then after waiting in a queue for an hour I purposefully get cut off! Think I’ll cancel and go back elsewhere thanks!
@Hermesparcels trying to send a parcel. I’ve been told I need to take action and tell you more information but no option to do that. Also I paid for next day delivery, 3 days ago. Terrible
@HelloFreshUK 4th box to arrive this week with errors. Two meals missing today and two meals that I did not order so have no idea what the recipe is. If you can’t keep up with the demand guys stop taking the orders. This is silly

Terrible customer service from @ted_baker spent my gift card online two weeks ago, then emailed me to say the product wasn’t in and now my gift card doesn’t work. Taken my money, had no product and not replied to any emails.
New lockdown rules as of Monday, not Thursday night, not Friday, not Saturday not Sunday? Amazes me how people just can’t follow a simple instruction! Worrying really! 😂
