@RepGregMurphy Here’s hoping one of the few doctors in congress could offer an alternative viewpoint than “blame the doctors”. The healthcare climate no longer supports doctor led healthcare. We sent you to congress to advocate for a system where doctors can spend a “FULL” 20-25 years.
@NBSaphierMD Raise of hands from the doctors who discuss adverse events of case report frequency with patients; prior to publication of said case reports?
@RepGregMurphy@GmOrr9000 Doesn’t seem like a Republican proposal.
I think better to fix the conversion factor erosion and do away with facility fees so doctors will choose to practice medicine. We don’t enjoy data entry for corporate overlords.
“There is no clear answer to the question of why the treatments did not work for me. The question of why my response to the treatment differed from the other women in the study may lead to a greater understanding of the treatment of vulvar cancer.” https://t.co/lCPdY0TD5S
@coffeeandblades@fuzzymittens Vasectomy reversal really doesn’t work like that due to antibodies but yes we should better support treatment for infertility and family planning.
@swanrivercolony@robllewelyn@Aidan_Baron Exactly. We expect doctors to have a clinical experience and fund of knowledge that is comprehensive to a certain extent, which is used to develop expertise as specialists. As a gynecologic oncologist I often need to weigh in on cardiology or allergy/immunology matters…
All EPIC updates will continue to be a waste of time and misdirection from the fact that we still don't have interoperability between EMRs or even intraoperability between health systems using EPIC. "Care Everywhere" doesn't count. It's basically like getting a fax.
