@WarhorseDiv @DividendMil I've had my insurance go up $700+ a year several times. Granted I can shop it and lower that cost. Still over $500 more/yr than several years ago. Taxes however, $1300 increase this year alone and nothing I can do about it. Costs of homeownership is always going up.

He got to my window and had a puzzled look and when I asked what was wrong he said "how long ago did you get your new tag?" I told him I got it yesterday. System hadn't updated yet lol
