Your service at my location is very poor. Whenever I try to reach your representative the advertisement comes about 5G+ network. What about the current network system.

I have been facing slow network issue at my residence from December 2021.Also raised an complaint regarding this. There is no improvement of network issue. If you can't clear this network problem, you are not supposed to claim Rs. 1178/- per month.
