@AskAmex The issue is systemic across since a few months ago. This is a top-level issue that no one on the "travel" team is going to be able to address. Do a test - do a search for a flight on a site like Kayak and search for the same times on your platform. Amex is 2x-2x more $$$
@AskAmex Why are your flights 2x-4x the cost of the same carriers booked through your rewards system? We will have to dump our accounts that we have had more than 10 years if you guys don't offer the same rates as the airlines. The points just aren't worth what they used to be.
