Just need to ensure in the ensuring everyone is doing the same doesn’t mean more wasted hours asking people to retrain on certain platforms until they are due

This week we started to offer some of our stroke patients an extended thrombolysis treatment window (From 4,5hrs to 9) meaning more patients will receive this clot busting drugs to treat strokes!

Every stall we visited was inspiring and gave great ideas to my daughter who doesn’t know what to do when she leaves college … everyone … you guessed it except the NHS table 🧵

The lady at the table said, with attitude “there are 365 careers in the NHS I can’t sit here and go through them all with you, you need to go away and think about what you want to do” 😢
