Tinubu wants to run for President on Hope Uzodimma’s legs 😂
1. If you did not understand the video below, let me break it down for you.
2. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu @officialABAT has told his campaign council that he will not accompany them everywhere during the 2027 campaign.
3. He says governance requires his attention, that Nigeria has bills to pay, that "the American creditors cannot wait," and that investors must be courted.
4. All these things may sound reasonable.
5. But democracy is built upon another obligation:
the person asking for power must face the people from whom that power comes.
6. A presidential campaign is not merely dancing on podiums and distributing party flags.
7. It is one of the few moments when the powerful must travel towards the powerless; when Abuja must come to the village; when the candidate must hear the anger, hunger, questions and aspirations of people whose votes he seeks.
8. A campaign team can organise rallies.
9. Governors can mobilise supporters.
10. Data boys can defend policies.
11. But nobody can completely outsource the moral responsibility of asking another human being for his mandate.
12. Tinubu says governing Nigeria must take priority, and that is a legitimate argument.
13. But Nigerians are equally entitled to ask:
how much personal engagement should reasonably be expected from someone seeking another four years of their trust?
14. Creditors matter.
Investors matter.
Governance matters.
15. But citizens matter too.
16. And this principle should not depend on whether the candidate is Tinubu, Peter Obi, Atiku Abubakar or anybody else.
17. This same standard must apply to everyone.
18. Democracy becomes dangerous when citizens begin lowering standards for the politician they already support.
19. The ballot is not an inheritance.
20. Power should have to knock on the door.
21. And anyone asking millions of Nigerians for another mandate should expect Nigerians to ask, in return:
Will you come before us yourself and ask for it?

Dear Senator @Sen_AdeolaYAYI
We sincerely appreciate the generosity of everyone who has donated buses and vehicles to support this campaign. But beyond the celebration, Ogun people deserve to ask an important question: at a time when many communities across the state are struggling with serious infrastructure deficits, is this really where so much money and resources should be going?
According to the announcement, over 120 buses and vehicles have been provided to support mobilisation and campaign operations across Ogun State. That is a significant level of resources being committed to political mobilisation.
Meanwhile, many underserved communities continue to struggle with bad or inaccessible roads, inadequate schools, poor healthcare facilities, lack of potable water, unreliable electricity and other basic infrastructure that directly affects people’s daily lives.
There is nothing wrong with political mobilisation, and supporters have every right to contribute to a political movement. However, leadership should also be about recognising the needs of the people beyond election campaigns.
Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, YAYI, has built considerable political influence in Ogun State. This is therefore an opportunity for him to ask his supporters, associates and political allies to look beyond campaign vehicles and invest in the communities that need help the most.
If people can mobilise resources on this scale for a campaign, surely similar energy can be directed towards fixing a community road, supporting a school, improving a healthcare centre, providing water or addressing other urgent infrastructure needs.
YAYI should use his influence to encourage those around him to leave a lasting impact on the people, not just a political footprint during election season.
Campaigns will come and go, but the communities will remain.
The people of Ogun State deserve development that reaches beyond political mobilisation and improves their everyday lives. Leadership should be measured not only by the strength of a political movement, but also by the positive difference it makes in the lives of ordinary people. #AskQuestions
My sincere gratitude goes to the @ghana_airforce and the @modghana for facilitating the repatriation of 120 Nigerian nationals who were arrested during #OperationCyberhunt.
This sting operation, led by the @CSAGhana in conjunction with other intelligence and security agencies locally and in the UK, Nigeria and the US, led to the rescue of the 120 persons who had been trafficked to Ghana and forced to work in these cybercrime setups.
The operation seized 136 mobile phones, 130 laptops, internet connection devices, four motor vehicles, one of which was stolen from Canada, and other digital equipment. The search team also recovered high-value items, including jewellery and ten (10) Nigerian passports.
The team is processing 8 other persons for prosecution, and Ghana under President @JDMahama will remain an unfavourable destination for cyber criminals.
For God and Country. 🦁🇬🇭
Heartbreaking! In 2026, a video allegedly showing a group of men performing human sacrifice in a riverine area of Delta State has surfaced online and sparked outrage. 💔 🤦🏻♀️
FG needs to declare state of emergency for fake products cos even in trade fair that you think you can get original products, just look at this wickedness.
We have to be extremely careful out there.
These football matches in Enugu , No other region in Nigeria pulls this kind of crowd for local football matches. When it comes to local football, only South Africa comes to mind as a place that can pull crowds like this.
Yet, haters of Igbo land will still try to convince you that nobody lives in the South-East.
Delusional people
The Lagos–Calabar Coastal Road may now detour inland through Edo State to join the East–West Road after Lagos and Ogun.
Umahi calls it “a wonderful engineering decision by Mr President.” 😂
To those who defended this project from day one, please help us explain the coastal road that is taking an inland route. Was this the master plan all along? 🤡
We endorse this: every NDC member across Nigeria must defend themselves and their political beliefs firmly. You cannot keep attacking people for what they believe and expect them to stay silent. Playing clean with those who fight dirty is the biggest mistake we can make. Stand your ground all NDC members across Nigeria.
