With the mass shooting at Seattle Center, it might be good to mention that Bill Clinton’s assault weapons ban reduced mass shooting deaths by nearly half - but after George W Bush & Republicans let it expire, mass shooting deaths more than doubled - because it’s the fucking guns.
Errol Musk made money from a Zambian emerald mine in the 1980s.
Peter Thiel, Max Levchin & Luke Nosek created PayPal in 1998.
Martin Eberhard & Marc Tarpenning created Tesla in 2003.
Jack Dorsey created Twitter in 2006.
Elon Musk can’t even answer questions in an interview.
Polite request to @BBCPolitics. Is this fair? To allow people I’ve been investigating like Banks & Phillips, below, a platform to slag me off on air? Without revealing she worked for Cambridge Analytica - who I exposed. Or asking her anything about it?
Farage hypocrisy alert: "The housing minister, you couldn't make this bit up can you? The housing minister, clearly vastly underpaid on stamp duty".
Farage was accused of misleading the public about who bought his Clacton home, and of benefiting from a £44k stamp duty saving while attacking Angela Rayner over a similar issue. Angela Rayner was cleared by HMRC. Farage remains under investigation by the Standards Committee for numerous financial allegations.
“Something fundamental has changed. Nigel Farage for the first time is looking vulnerable”

I don’t know Richard. But you can be sure his lawyers are compiling all the stupid posts of you and your colleagues. Can I suggest you get a copy of Essential Law for Journalists? And i know you love all things Trump but political weaponisation of justice not a good route to go down
There’s a scheme hiding in plain sight, and almost no one’s talking about it.
“Truth Social is going to sell hedge fund managers millisecond advantages on Trump’s tweets so that they can front-run other people’s trades.”
It’s not a loophole, it’s a business model, and we’ve got 30 months left to live with it.
"Watchdog accused of ‘giving away’ billions of litres of spring water to foreign bottling giants."
Yep the EA are up to their old tricks again. The EA are charging Coca-Cola £6,070 a year to abstract water from the north of England which Coca-Cola then sells for £30 million.
Did I mention that according to the EA by 2050 in England we will need to find another 5 billion litres of water per day just to keep our taps running and to try and save our chalk streams.
What a hoax of a regulator.

NEW: A convicted money launderer has operated at the highest level of UK politics for a decade. Why? Because Farage has enjoyed almost total impunity from the UK press.
In my new piece for @thenerve_news, I expose the decade of denial that’s enabled him to act with impunity

This is what corporate corruption looks like in real life, a company that leaks about 100 million litres of water per day, cuts off the water supply to its customers, shareholders bled the company dry, massive lack of investment, incompetent management, sweating the assets…. and in and on…
Govt should put an end to customers misery and seize control, today..
It's pretty crazy how the President of the United States had to pay a woman nearly 6 million dollars for assaulting her in a department store dressing room and it already vanished from the news cycle after only 24 hours
As someone who lives in London and who doesn’t traditionally vote Labour, it is one of the best cities in the world and that is because of Sadiq Khan.
As a Londoner, I proudly note that under Sadiq Khan, the capital has achieved its lowest homicide rate on record (1.1 per 100,000).
He has delivered universal free school meals for all primary pupils, frozen TfL fares multiple times to support households, driven record levels of council housebuilding, planted over 640,000 trees, expanded the cycle network, and supported more than 330,000 new jobs. The ULEZ expansion has helped reduce air pollution-linked deaths by an estimated 40% (Imperial College research).
London is safer, greener, and fairer in many measurable ways, one of the world’s great cities. Done listen to these people who only ever talk down our great capital.
