First, you cancelled my flight from Heathrow to Chicago after being in the airplane, on the tarmac, for 4 hours with little to no direction from the captain, crew, or anyone on board.
@British_Airways Myself as well as hundreds of other passengers for 20 other cancelled flights then spent hours in lines that led to workers who also did not know what they were doing. Coupled with this, no support for hotels as it is 500+ a night.
@British_Airways Secondly, you then pushed us off board, shuttled us in a bus, gave no direction as to how to get our bags, how to get a new flight, or how to get a hotel.
