4. Reducing Violence: Amnesty agreements aim to reduce violence by incentivizing gang members to lay down their weapons and cease hostilities in exchange for amnesty. This can contribute to stabilizing security situations and creating a more peaceful environment for communities.

2-. Good Governance and Anti-Corruption Measures: Establishing transparent and accountable governance structures, coupled with effective anti-corruption measures, can foster trust in institutions, attract investment, and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently.

1-. Economic Diversification: Encouraging diversification beyond traditional sectors like agriculture can promote resilience against economic shocks and create opportunities in industries such as tourism, technology, and manufacturing.
