@ShaneSaint Kieran McD used to do it all the time with Mayo. If he didn't have the ball, would it be a free? You don't see the ball carrier blown for it too often but he does push Reid with his left arm over his left leg to trip him and make space for himself.
@daveyteague96@SmallerFishGAA Not really cheating. Dicksboro received a free. St Thomas did something similar two years ago against Shamrocks, only The GOAT nailed a next to impossible free.
@BarryMcGonigle @OurGameHQ Why not leave the two 4th place teams from Leinster and Munster play knock-out game and winner takes the place of the Joe Mc runners up
and the Joe Mc winners go forward to play. The Joe Mc runners up have no business in the preliminary 1/4 cisco they're deflated from losing.
@DLynchSport Barging rule is ridiculous in both codes. Both players that got called for it today tried to move their feet to avoid the defender. Defenders abusing the rule by literally running into the attacking players and gaining a free.
@ShaneSaint Been saying it for years. At least the 4th placed teams in both provinces have something to offer the cship. It would take a bit from the provincial cships but worth it in the long run for a better All Ireland cship.
@Fitzie77@paudieobrien@DLynchSport Blatantly obvious and is a two point swing in terms of a point winning margin. To miss something like that is just terrible.
@Holdmypint@SmallerFishGAA 100% KC trying to be too clever, made the 2 subs with running down the clock in mind trying to reduce the amount of time the ball would be in play for. Officials and KC made a mess of it. 16 players reduce space in front of goal. Rules are clearly broken.
@officialgaa@Loughmore_Gaa@TipperaryGAA Ridiculous having the Joe McDonagh runners up enter the All Ireland series. The competition would be better served with the two 4th placed teams in Munster and Leinster playing off for the other preliminary quarter final spot on the same day as the Joe McDonagh final.
@TonightShowTV3 Dan is completely wrong re supply of teachers meeting the need. The number of days where a qualified substitute teacher could not be sourced for schools in Dublin alone in October topped 1000. Nurses arenβt the only ones voting with their feet. Teachers are too!
