Remember to rest. Remember to work. Remember to make a daily habit of receiving and reflecting the goodness and kindness and grace and mercy that flows freely through this world.
A thread about growth. Just my thoughts.
I just saw this quote on YouTube: "Growth doesn't wait for perfection. It thrives off the daily attempts."
Growth comes from the things we make daily habits. Not from shortcuts, hook-ups or the blind luck everyone claims.
Recognize the connection between the seeds sown & the fruit reaped.
Honor that connection. You didn't get where you are by accident, luck, or randomness. You haven't remained where you are by accident either.
Take a moment to reflect on those who poured into you and those in whom you have poured.
Life isn't about who you know, but who you cared for. Who you loved. Who you helped. And who you've blessed.
You plant lots of seeds in fertile soil & water it all until growth happens. You care for it daily.
Reflect on your daily efforts. The times you put in the work and the fruit you were blessed with because of it. Don't attribute fruit to luck.
We are free to disagree. I'll still #feed you, #clothe you, & help you get #shelter. Because Jesus said so.
#Christ is my King. I'm not a slave to #culture, #society, #money, or #politics. #Jesus is always 1st for me.
Disagreement, hatred, & fear are not the same thing.
I don't care what they say or how they dress. If they behave like devils, they are not Christians.
Matthew 7:17-21.
The Shepherd isn't fooled by dead faith or evildoers who claim to love Him. You shouldn't be fooled either.
What if we stopped complaining about what people don't do anymore and just started doing it?
What if we showed love, patience, positivity, honor, and Godliness as individuals instead of moaning about the masses?

1 Corinthians 13 goes into detail about what #love is, what it does, & what it does not do.
.
God clearly defines love differently than modern cultures & societies do.
.
All the accusations, ranting, and tearing people down that we see on social media is not love. It is ungodly.
