@DKingTelegraph Hardly seeing anything about it sums it all up. It's about the 10th time they've invaded the pitch this season. But very very few reports. Where is all the Sutton's and other with their tweets about it?
@JJOTWNO1@chris_sutton73 Certainly used a lot better in other countries. Champions league seem to do it well. The standard or officiating is so poor too. The inconsistentcy in terms of interpreting the rules and use of var is having too much of an impact on games.
@ClydeSSB It's a really worrying bit of management. We all know he needs to be in charge of selection etc, but the fact that Tav was so disappointed shows he wasn't in the loop and he should have been in this particular circumstance. Terrible management
@Francesca090900@mstewart_23@chris_sutton73 I think it's fair to say that Celtic have enjoyed a lot of big decisions recently. Look at the last couple of games, very very seldom does a ref go to monitor and not give pen but it happened. Then for a call that was even less clear and obvious they give a pen. They've done well
@mstewart_23@chris_sutton73 VAR is not the issue, it's giving them a chance to make sure they don't make mistakes and some how our refs are making even more mistakes. They are either terrible or they are being influenced and knowingly getting it wrong. Either way, the officials are the issue!
@dunccampbell@jonnyrmcfarlane What a silly situation to create though. I am as frustrated with Tav as the next guy but come on!! Manage the situation better. Game is a dead rubber, guy has dedicated alot to the club. Deserves a better send off. Just manage the situation with a bit of decency and sense
@dunccampbell@DcbhoyDanny I don't think you can see the contact from that picture. And I agree with them that contact doesn't mean foul. But I will admit, most refs are giving that especially after being called to monitor.
