@Ryanair dispute with gate crew at Tenerife. 3 sets of passengers thought they’d paid for 10kg cabin bag - should’ve been checked. To be fair, they were right, we were wrong, but their attitude was awful. We were polite, yet stressed. They were rude angry & unnecessarily unkind.
