@g__j I see other suppliers now offer a cheeper EV tariff than octopus, I have always thought of Octopus as a fair company and try to do best for the customers. Are the other suppliers taking a hit on the cost just to get new customers ?
@myenergiuk does anyone work on your support desk ? Ticket logged a month ago, follow ups sent, sitting in the online chat which then times out. Another company who got to big to look after customers and just care about new customers ?

@agile_phil with the new changes coming to IOG will we have a option in the app to limit the charge to 6 hours a day ? As a example if I do a full charge that would go over the 6 hours but happy to do it over 2 days / nights
@pete_miller with the new charges to IOG could we have a button / setting which would stop charging after 6 hours. Reason if my car is empty I would be happy to charge over 2 days of 6 hours and not 12 hours with only 6 in the cheep rate if that makes sense?
@zsk just wanted to comment on the apple and ADP news report, can I ask why Microsoft OneDrive a icon was used as has nothing to do with what apple are doing.
@asda_mobile@asda don’t buy a phone from these clowns, it won’t be delivered on time, it then won’t be refunded (4 weeks + and and no refund) and they will use every excuse to say why it’s delayed - small claims court incoming for Asda
