Last week it emerged that the so called “Economic Leadership Group” set up by the Scottish Government some two years ago, hasn’t met.
Nope. Not once. Am I surprised? No. Is business surprised? Probably not.

By my calculation by 19 July 2020 some 4193 deaths had been registered in Scotland which mention COVID-19.

Meanwhile: The SNP were making up travel rules based on how it might affect Scottish independence. Not how it would protect public health.
