Anterior pelvic tilt gets demonised so much yet basically every explosive & powerful athlete constantly presents with this posture.
So long as you train the pelvis through some posterior tilt biased positions, it’s not worth worrying about.
Krucial's thread references athletes Usain Bolt, Lebron James, and Simon Biles. This video of Usain Bolt does not show him with the aerial movement features I would expect. There is firm, sustaining, heel contact with the ground, the traits of terrestrial movement.
A decrease in standard deviation represents the professionalism of the players. They are becoming more consistent and establishing themselves as young stars in the game. If there are any critiques or reasonings to how to predict IVB change better please let me know!

Something to consider with MLB Draft SP pitch shapes, as told to me by one analyst:
High school balls are college balls on steroids
College balls are MiLB balls on steroids
MiLB balls are MLB balls on steroids
Less spin-induced mvmt as you ascend (seam height, etc). But.. 🧵
These are just estimates, there are many other factors. Mechanical changes, grip changes, and many other external factors affect this. Predicting performance is difficult. As humans, predictability only goes so far.
