I have reached out through the support section on the app and emailed in a support ticket and have not gotten a response.

@MoviePass_CS I have NOT received my card yet and I do not want to get charged for his upcoming payment on 2/20, when I haven’t yet to even receive my card. There was a link in the email saying to click if you have not received your card and I did. It directed me to an expired page.

A month ago I signed up for MoviePass and this past weekend I got an email saying that I have received my card in the mail and that it is now activated.
@MoviePass Also, in the email it had a link to click if I have not received my card and when I click it, it says, “link expired”. Is there a customer service number I can call? Your current way of getting help is absolutely useless...
@MoviePass I have not received my MoviePass card yet and it has been OVER a month. I got an email saying that I since I’ve received my card, it is not activated. I’ve sent emails, Support Tickets and messages through the app and have gotten no responses. This is getting annoying.
