Happy to see @Squeezestudy published. Was a real labour of love getting this up and running at @uhbtrust Heartlands hospital during my academic foundation years. Vasoplegia quite common (4%) after non cardiac surgery and associated with worse outcomes.

@JonnyGucks A challenge. Sim can be delivered during hospital placements with scenarios standardised centrally. Flipped classroom could help maximise efficiency of preclinical studies. Much more emphasis on first principals/EBM rather than learning guidelines by rote during clinical years.
