@rosscraig @VOCMNEWS Correct. There is no line of site in either direction on Portugal Cove Road. I've worked near by for 25 years. Even a "left turn on arrow only" like they have coming from thorburn onto the parkway would probably help. And well people not running the yellow or red lights.
