We are an organic farm with self-catering accommodation on Hadrian's Wall in northern England.

Onions planted out today. The plan is that once they're established we'll thin them by taking spring onions until they're in clumps of 2 or 3, that we'll leave to let bulb up to harvest in the late summer.

Hundreds of sycamore seedlings popping up everywhere at the minute.

Multi-sown radishes planted out, plus spinach and leaf beets in another bed. Some more sunny days like today and they'll all jump on..☀️

Beech seeds are germinating well, I reckon about half have sprouted now.

They look like clam shells to me, complete with a pearl inside!

Nice to see a Grey Wagtail back on the river today.

And yesterday we heard the Oystercatchers noisily flying up the valley.

Nice to see most of the seedlings have germinated and are growing on in the greenhouse slowly but surely. These are our lettuce, spinach, radishes and onions.
