I don’t understand people who keep the window shade down on a plane. We’re 35 thousand feet in the sky. You don’t want to check out the view? We’re above the freaking clouds, for God’s sake. Humans could only dream of a view like this for millennia. And you have the shade down.
What an absolutely HISTORIC two seasons for CU
• 0-6 vs Top 25 🔥
• 2-9 vs power conference teams with at least a .500 record 🤯
• Tons of smack talked to opponents 😤
• Cool chains and sunglasses worn 😎
Thoughts on today’s loss vs. Dallas:
• That’s a bad one. 11 point home favorites to your division rival who is basically playing the practice squad, and you get embarrassed all across the board. There needs to be a full reset.
• Stats won’t look terrible because of the end of game chaos, but this was another rough game for Jayden. Not quite as bad as last week, but something is off.
• Defensively they were capable for most of the game, but similar to last week, it started to unravel with the offense being completely inept.
• Dallas won in the trenches, I think that’s the main reason they were 3 and out as often as they were.
• That has to be one of the worst days for a special teams unit I can remember. Three missed kicks, and two TD returns. It’s sad because Tress actually had a good day punting.
• McLaurin wasn’t targeted or even looked at for most of the game. It’s been apparent here for years that the offense struggles when he’s not involved early and often. That hasn’t changed this year.
• AZ fans warned us about “November Kliff” and thus far they’ve been right. These last two weeks have looked like a Scott Turner offense.
• Luvu continues to be the best player on defense.
• Can’t stand watching 25 out there, hopefully 23 debuts soon.
• Seibert went from perfect to terrible. Gotta wonder how healthy that hip really is. I hope they consider reevaluating him this week.
• Not really much more to say. It was all awful. Three game skid, 7-5, division a long shot now.
