There is a god! British raw milk cheeses have been allowed for sale in Australia by DAFF under the latest Tarde agreement. It’s been 18 years since my application A 530 was lodged with FZANZ requesting an exemption for English raw milk

@NeciaW@adamliaw Homogenised milk has a smoother, more creamy taste than natural milk & an advantage for supermarkets is that it keeps for longer. It's also easier to digest, but the tiny fat particles are absorbed by the blood stream directly during digestion which could harmful to your health.
@NeciaW@adamliaw Homogenised cow’s milk is produced using an ‘industrial’ process involving breaking up the natural fat globules into tiny particles & distributing them more uniformly, preventing cream from naturally separating and rising to the surface.
