Several fixtures this weekend fell foul of the weather and subsequent pitch conditions, thank you to clubs working in conjunction with the league and referees to inform those involved.

In the only 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 game to survive the elements, AFC Preston won 5-2 away at Ribbleton and UCLan Sports Arena.

Fylde Coast Football turned a goalless scoreline at the interval into a 2-0 victory at home against Gregson Lane Wanderers in 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗻𝗲. In a late kick-off over at JMO Sports Park, Burscough Villa drew 3-3 with SRDC (Purples).

With 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝘄𝗼 leaders Chorley Wanderers (Blues) not in action, Greenlands and Midgery Court took advantage to close within four points at the top of the ladder with victories against BAE Warton and SRDC (Blues) respectively. William Thom contributed a hat-trick for Midgery. Two games finished 3-2 in favour of the visitors, Penwortham St Teresa's (Yellows) won at FC Bartle and Parkfield Ants defeated Bamber Bridge Town.

Two games in 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 saw Penwortham St Teresa's (Whites) beaten for just the second time in the league this season, Buckshaw (Reds) winning 1-0 at Hutton Grammar School, and Worden Rangers won 2-1 at Tarleton Corinthians.

Both this morning's 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 games resulted in home wins. AFC Horwich are now level at the top of the ladder with Buckshaw after a 6-2 win against Whittle in a fixture that was reversed and
Chorley Wanderers (Whites) defeated Chorley Rovers 2-1.

In the 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝘂𝗽, Ryan Fletcher's hat-trick helped Astley & Buckshaw Utd advance with a 6-3 away win at Buckshaw.

AFC Preston extended their lead at the top of the 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 to five points after an impressive victory against Wyresdale Rangers, Dale Bury contributed a hat-trick.

A set of very competitive games 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗻𝗲 resulted in an unprecedented three 2-2 draws. The Desmond's were out in force as Cottam Town versus Sir Tom Finney, Fishwick Rangers versus Fylde Coast Football and Park Utd versus Burscough Villa all returned the same scoreline. Astley & Buckshaw Utd took advantage of a loss for AFC Preston (Reds) to move to top spot, United overcame SRDC (Purples) 3-2, while the Reds suffered a 4-1 defeat at home to Gregson Lane Wanderers.

Chorley Wanderers (Blues) lead the way in 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝘄𝗼 after they won commandingly at home to Gregson Lane, James Norris adding his name to the Golden Boot potentials with five goals. Jordan Wignall scored a hat-trick to maintain Greenlands position in second thanks to victory away at SRDC (Blues). Midgery Court are third after a 3-1 win away at Theatre Boys (both teams pictured below). Parkfield Ants suffered their first league defeat of the campaign against FC Bartle, while both Max Robinson and Sam Senior scored hat-tricks in St. Annes (Rangers) win at home against Bamber Bridge Town.

Three teams now sit level on 18 points at the top of 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲. Penwortham St Teresa's (Whites) and Moor Park Utd are now joined by Tarleton Corinthians, who won a close game 2-1 at Sporting Preston. A Danny Rowe hat-trick helped Worden Rangers to victory at Penwortham Town and Kirkham Seniors won 2-0 against Buckshaw (Reds). Game of the day took place at Mill Lane with Ashton Villa 5 Atletico Clifton7 a final score, Graham Lyons hit five for Atletico.

Buckshaw lead by three points at the top of 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 after they won 3-0 at home against AFC Horwich. Freckleton (U23) won away at AFC Bamber and the remaining three games resulted in 1-1 draws. Chorley Wanderers (Whites) led by a goal at the interval before being pegged back by FC Friargate, Chorley Rovers held Sporting Euxton and our Sunday Spotlight fixture was a tie between Croston Sports Club and AFC Sherwood.
