Today was incredibly special.

10 years ago, I was 16 years old starting out on local Hospital Radio just trying to get some experience.

Fast forward to today, where I hosted talkSPORT’s coverage of Super Bowl 60 live in Santa Clara.

It was all worth it.

Bombshell: The Browns are finalizing a trade that will send two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams, per @rapsheet, @TomPelissero and me.

In exchange for Garrett, the Rams are expected to send Pro-Bowl edge Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick and other draft-pick compensation still being negotiated to the Browns.

Incredible. Regardless of what’s happened, you have to feel for Southampton’s fans, they’ve played no part in this, no fault of their own and they have to suffer the consequences.

An Independent Disciplinary Commission has today expelled Southampton from the Sky Bet Championship Play-Offs after the Club admitted to multiple breaches of EFL Regulations related to the unauthorised filming of other Clubs’ training.

In addition, the Club has received a four-point deduction that will be applied to the 2026/27 Championship table.

The effect of today’s order is that Middlesbrough are reinstated into the 2026 Play-Offs and will proceed to the Play-Off Final against Hull City. The final remains scheduled for Saturday 23 May, with the kick-off time to be confirmed.
