An honor to cover the @RiordanGBB team for a few games this year and well deserved honor for @willwatkins27.
A central figure in the SF basketball community, and a great season finishing near the top of the WCAL- one of the toughest leagues in Northern California.
Only six years in as a program and just three years eligible as a CCS Playoff team, Riordan made history by reaching the Section Open Championship
Congratulations to Will Watkins on being this year's Bay Area Girls Basketball Coach of the Year🏀

Kon Knueppel on playing on two feet:
“It evens out the athleticism…I’m not super athletic, so being able to play off two feet..now they have to be ready for a shot fake or a pivot. It kind of evens the playing field.”

Archbishop Riordan of SF ended 4-0 weekend at @BoysCaliLive24 with 72-48 win over shorthanded Damien of La Verne in Pool 1&2 final. Semetri Carr and Andrew Hilman work really well together.
