How can we get a complaint resolved when BA refuse to talk to us and no customer service numbers? Been waiting 4 weeks for response and only contact asked us to send them a screen shot of their own website t’s and c’s!!

Beware anyone booking at Moon Palace, Cancun. Despite being promised a full refund for our deposit when we had to cancel, still no sign of our money after 2 months. No response to our requests, they have just stolen our money. #moonpalacecancun
