@cantdecidonauna I have found the sooner they are dropped into an ice bath after being cooked, the easier the eggs are to peel! I cook eggs most every day and this method is by far my favorite. The egg cooker offers many ways to cook eggs ranging from hard boiled to an omelet. Would recommend!
