@mottcallie I believe it’s primarily the former- sucrose doesn’t pass through NaV and isn’t otherwise harmful or have any major interactions. Whether it has other protective qualities I’m not sure.

Excited to share my latest findings! I found that single neurons in the mouse brain encoded the price of cryptocurrencies 🪙 Here is a neuron from the visual cortex which shows a highly significant correlation with the Bitcoin price at the time it was recorded.

We also provide a wide-range 2p spectra and measured how much depolarization the imaging laser alone causes (ie. crosstalk) for our new (ChroME2f and ChroME2s) opsins and existing variants.
