Aer Lingus you couldn’t make this up… arrive back in Glasgow and No Suitcase!! So you’ve lost the 2 I’ve originally taken on the 15th July and now the new one I had to purchase in New York is not with me in Glasgow. Ffs Aer Lingus disgraceful 😡

@AerLingus can I give you some numbers, 15 days without my suitcases, 8 days since my daughter’s wedding still no suitcase,82 messages with no result, 6 phone calls with different people and different answers. 1 spoiled wedding and 0 Aer Lingus staff giving a s**t DISGRACEFUL
