I bought several tennis court shoes for my daughter during the holidays. She just got to trying on her Adidas Ubersonics and they were too big. I called @adidas and after some back and forth they still honored a return after the grace period (shoes were unused). Great company!!!
Hi @LennoxAir I spent $21,980 on 4 AC units in 8/19 & the authorized dealer said they would register my equipment bc I was out of the country -documented. They went out of business & I learned they didn't register my products. I have a coil leak now and it's not covered. Help?
I even required the authorized dealer put the full warranty on the invoice bc I knew it was critical to the warranty coverage period. As mentioned, authorized dealer is now out of business @LennoxAir
I called Consumer Affairs who asked me to register the products, which I did recently. Then the warranty team said I would not be covered for the 10 years bc the units were not registered within 60 days of purchase. Documented that dealer said they would do it.
@LennoxAir I have a warranty length issue. My Lennox authorized dealer told me in writing they'd register my 4 new AC units and never did. Now I have a warranty repair issue with an evaporator coil. The dealer is now out of business. I spent $21,980. Can you help?
Two companies I'd like to highlight for EXCEPTIONAL customer and product support @WilsonTennis and @BlazeGrills. We have a Blaze 32-inch 4 burner and many Wilson Blaze & Clash racquets. Every time we've had any issue, both have stepped up in a huge way. Great companies!
@BluestripKD @PJGreenTV Two sounds like a low number of drops so I checked the drop rate % to check things. MVS has an 11.8% drop rate this year and 11.9% last year. The league average for NFL receivers is 6.7%. Most of his balls are longer so there is that, though.
@lapinchedarcy I would like self-driving cars. Think of how much time we spend driving our cars in Austin and being able to better use or enjoy that time. These are the stumbles in the steps towards this.

@madebygoogle I have a slightly out of warranty pixel 5 and the charge port is not working well any more. I had the same issue with my Pixel 3XL and had to change the charge port. I cannot contact support via online/phone tools provided. Can you help?
