those are running Ubuntu 24.04 with the backend likely made in C++/Go (as a systemd service) and the frontend is an embedded chromium, likely using NextJS (vercel logo).

@krixie_twt also noticed that webcam installed on top of the billboard, the analytics software might also be the factor here (most machine learning software, especially DL/CV which is used for logging people's attention to numbers of ads, are more common on linux as far as i know)

@satentori as a shameless "roblox dev" his folder hierarchy also looks very unusual for me. if he literally wants to group the entire object (e.g. the shoe), why not group the entire rig also (e.g. left leg, right leg)? it's more efficient than just grouping each pair of objects.
