@DavidEickholt As a Hawkeye fan, I completely despise this reaction. I don’t like it when other schools do this and I don’t like it when the Hawkeyes do it. I wish we would show some class and better sportsmanship
@Hassel_Chris I get where Connor is coming from. Life is complex. Once a Hawkeye, always a Hawkeye. I can appreciate someone being disappointed in their dad being pushed out as the coach. I know I’ve said many things in the moment and then wanted to remove it later.
@cloneV96@ChadLeistikow Yes, we have some issues as Hawkeye fans that we need to work on. The Cyclones are the better team this year.
I may be wrong, but I’d be shocked to hear a Hawkeye coach say, “F the Cyclones”. That is about as cringe as the Missouri fan trying to kick a field goal against KU.
@SteveDeaceShow Great question! I needed to hear this as it helps me realize the need to put a bigger focus on peace and contentment instead of comfort. I’m an individual who needs to be more bold and get outside my comfort zone. I’m now trying to consider peace versus contentment.
@sola_chad I’m not an advocate for infant baptism, but I believe there is tremendous value in some type of infant dedication where the entire church is praying for your child and your family.
The Republican party has many faults, but they advocate for reducing abortions whereas the Democrats proudly advocate for more abortions. I’m for women’s health, but I'm also for promoting the life of innocent babies. Vote Republican next Tuesday! (4/4)
My Bible verse today on the Bible app is from Galatians 1:10, “Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.” (1/4)
Do you know how many babies are aborted each year in the United States? More than 600,000 per year! Did you know that in 2021, one out of every six babies was aborted in the United States? These are terrible and shocking statistics. (3/4)
@StephCopley I feel as if the Supreme Court was put into a bad spot by one party trying to weaponize the judicial system. What type of precedent would be set if they didn’t make the decision as they did?
