I think the exception is visual novels, you won’t convince me that it is not the exact same experience. I read Umineko on the PC and I don’t think someone who watched it on youtube had a different experience from me at ALL to suggest otherwise is actually ridiculous

The discourse revolving around being a fan of a game if you played it or not is ridiculous. I personally have played every game I enjoy, but I wouldn’t be mad if someone else didn’t. It seems like a very chronically online thing to be upset about.

I’ve noticed a lot of people getting mad are also adults, I think at your grown age you should be able to control yourself and not attack other people. Block them if you really don’t want to interact with people who haven’t experienced it first hand…
