House prices in rural areas have increased by 20.8% in the last 5 years. Since 2017 we've developed almost 600 new affordable homes, and have plans to build another 600 by 2023. These new affordable homes are for social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership #RuralHousingWeek

Wiltshire Council have secured 18 new build affordable homes in Upavon, 11 of the homes will be affordable rented and 7 of the homes sold as shared ownership. Completion from Nov 2021 to March 2022. Please can get in touch if you would like further details.
