Hey @TicketmasterCS I’ve contacted you numerous times regarding my tickets for Blur at Wembley on 08/07/23, why can’t I edit or cancel my resale listing? The date is getting closer, I will be contacting consumer rights/ombudsman if I don’t get this resolved by Monday.

@TicketmasterCS I have, many times and it’s never resolved because they assume there’s a ‘Cancel Listing’ button on my ticket page - there isn’t! I’ve been told they’ll contact me within 3 working days. I’ve been trying get this sorted for months.
