@councilofdc passed the RFK deal yesterday w/out the community protections we demanded.

We could've had the @Commanders back in DC AND a deal serving residents. Instead: a massive taxpayer giveaway.

We didn't get the outcome we wanted, but we're not throwing in the towel.
