Governance Proposal #1: Second Execution Update

Governance Proposal #1 is moving toward its second execution.
Under the approved proposal, 30% of SBT claim fees generated during the applicable period are included in this execution’s allocation process.

Snapshot date
The eligibility snapshot will take place on Monday, August 10, 2026.

To be eligible, a Bookies NFT must meet the applicable requirements in Governance Proposal #1(https://t.co/UpaA9l1EOd).

Allocation details
The approved methodology assigns a higher allocation weight to qualifying wallets with more eligible Bookies NFTs.
For a qualifying wallet, 2 eligible Bookies NFTs correspond to approximately 2.2×–3× the proportional allocation associated with 1 Bookies NFT.

The calculation is weight-based rather than a simple linear multiple. The final allocation for a qualifying wallet depends on the eligible SBT claim fees generated during the applicable period, the combined weight of eligible Bookies NFTs, and the eligible weight associated with that wallet.
