@BMHSRPCC booked an hsrp for mp09cc4476 to be delivered on 25th Aug. With no delivery, i called CC and they said its on hold and asked me to cancel the order via email and refund will be given. When mailed to cancel, got reply that no refund if cancelled. Now No plate NO refund ?

Sir @dc_Kgl The Parakh exam is scheduled for tomorrow at 10am but given the severe winter and almost -8 degrees, its really harsh on the students to start giving the 2hr exam so early at 10am. Request your good office to postpone the exam timing by 2hrs and start the same by 12pm
