@IIstillcare @JLabAudio help me understand volume is awful? the loudness of volume (this goes to roughly 110db) or the quality? Most of the time sizing up to a larger style tip really helps improve both volume and quality.

@BryceWeiner @JLabAudio this is a conscious decision to make the charging case as small as possible. We recognize the L/R is backwards in the case but this allows the product to fit better. Is there another issue that I can help with? happy to help!

@EvanKirstel @ScottWLuton @_supplychainnow this isnt due to tensions. this is due to #tariffs. @apple is wise to move out of #China to avoid the 7.5% tariff for imports on Airpods into the USA. @POTUS has an opp to reduce inflation by removing this tariff.
