@lerealhangman@bagofcobbles and it dedicates itself to that instead of saying much of anything about what it's setting out to do on its own, making it pretty ineffective as an introduction unless the goal is to popularize it via reactionary twitter quotes
@sol_i881@bagofcobbles if you're trying to promote your personal project as something that can stand on its own (and that people should give you money for because that's how much you care about bringing it to life), introducing it to spite someone else's unrelated project might not be the best angle

@SirenThe2nd i mean, yeah, i agree. i've seen some people act like it was a model compromise but i think the fact that it's this easy to proportionally fix it makes it pretty obvious that's not the case. my tweet was a bit poorly worded
@Astro_Bon3s it's fine overall, far from the worst thing they could've done, but i can't imagine that opting for the realistic shapely legs was a serious decision
@Astro_Bon3s it's more of a proportional thing, the longer legs don't look "off" when the shoes are scaled appropriately. fortnite has gone off model to make certain skins work, so the fact that they didn't here makes me believe this was more of an intentional gag than their best work
@Astro_Bon3s it’s nothing to get that upset about, but i do think there’s room for improvement without much effort an evidenced by “bigger shoes makes it look normal” lol
@Astro_Bon3s i don't know if we're on the same page here... i think the fixes people are making are good, and they're such no-brainers i'm led to believe the legs thing is purely a joke and not a compromise
