We will be writing to the agent to put on record our financial position and our interest in buying the pub and car park at a sensible market value.

£600,000, which is substantially above the asking price for similar properties being advertised for sale with the same agent. The council has reminded the owner of the obligations to notify of an intention to sell under ACV rules. ./..

A planning application has been lodged by the owner which we urge you to look at:https://t.co/oA22OMK5dN ref.21/02206/FP comment by 18.9.21. Our concern is that these proposals fail to justify an operational need which will support the retention of The Windmill in the long term.
