The wonderful @WennLawson at our school where parents also joined our staff INSET. A clear reminder of how โbeing mono tropic in a poly tropic world is difficultโ for our autistic community. We learned how important it is to make accommodations in schools.
Barnet Council has launched the Barnet Children & Families Autism Hub, a collaborative initiative with @ResourcesAutism, a national charity providing specialist support for autistic under 18s and their families.

End of term was fun! ๐ฆ๐ค๐จ Windmill certainly had talent during our achievement presentation ๐ parents and staff joined in to celebrate end of the year together.

As part of our VE Day learning, Tajiri class learnt about rationing and how it carried on after the war had ended. We measured out the weekly ration for a child in 1945. We then โenjoyedโ eating Spam sandwiches!
