There's been a lot of talk lately about Ethereum having a "narrative problem" but I think people are missing the actual key point here:

Narrative follows price - when price is going up, then you can weave any narrative you want around this and people will say "wow this is so bullish!" and they won't care how ridiculous it sounds or how untrue it is.

Think of all the narratives that were woven about so many projects in the past just because price was going up - then once price stopped going up, those narratives lost all of their power (no matter how simple they were to understand).

Now, of course, I'm not saying that we couldn't do a better job of explaining what Ethereum is in more simple terms, but no matter how hard we try and whether you like this reality or not, it won't matter if ETH is underperforming the markets.

Number go up is the ultimate narrative - everything else is secondary.
