Coming Summer 2027 ✨ Here's a look inside Ofland Smoky Mountains.

Wind River is proud to support this project with 75 of these 345-square-foot custom modular cabins.
Guests will have a queen bed, living area, kitchenette, en-suite baths with open-air showers, and an outdoor living space complete with a wrap-around deck, rocking chairs, and a private wood-burning fire pit with a grill.

The advantage of building off-site is that much of the construction has already been completed in our facility, even as land development of the 27-acre site begins.
