Reopen small independent family run businesses Mr Drakeford. they heavily rely on being open to make a living to support their families and their staff. They also need to protect their customers so they return...some of us are responsible

I have never had a problem with Supermarkets selling cards as its all competition and competition is a good thing. Let them sell anything they want but let us open too, it's simple.
