8 years ago today, we took the road trip of a lifetime. An entirely new life in an entirely new place. Everything would become different. Pretty much nothing worked out as planned. Still don't regret taking that drive.

While planting some trees today, I noticed the first wild Iris bloom of the season. There were a bunch of Bitterroot flowers as well. Last year, I only saw one. This year, there are a bunch of them. Beautiful!

Something I worked on a little. The pilot tubes are rusting out and they are not made anymore, so I took some 1/2 inch copper tube and roughly shaped it to what I need. I left some extra length on the narrow part just in case. I can trim it down if I need. Will it work?
