I wanted to capture mortality and the cycle. It's a very small painting (acrylic + found objects to build out texture, the skull 💀 is a secret I'm very very excited how it had come out...like a chiseled sculpture at the base of the tree)

In America depends on boss. Boss can still try to make you feel like a burden on the team. The difference is in how Americans view sick time. It's viewed as your time that you earned. Plus if I'm going to get pressure when I get back to work anyways, I might as well make the day off worth it and try to actually get better.

@Dexerto He had over a year to ask forgiveness, show remorse, and ask for leniency. He treated it like a joke until prosecution closed then begged mom to bail him out.
It's time for FAFO. The recommended sentence is very reasonable! No leniency.
