We had a major fuckup with the Quill project launch related to the liquidity getting burned up

We put 30k of liquidity under it in SOL<->Quill and ai16z<->Quill pairs (90m Quill tokens), bought and sent the dev 10m and burned the remaining 3m

The situation should be resolved but lmk if you have any issues
